Silence is acceptable

"That person is really silent. I wonder if he can speak at all". This is generally what people think when they see a person who is not outgoing. What they never realize is that they are just rattling their own brains and getting into things which are meant to be left alone. Some people are silent by nature. They don't trust the world easily. The mind is a great player with its own bag of tricks to keep an individual from expressing oneself. The train of thought that goes on in his head might be far greater than things which are petty and unimportant. Silence is a lethal weapon and a person's best way of expression, only if it's observed at the right time. Unfortunately, this essential trait is missed by all folk when it comes to the power of silence; often leading to misunderstandings, wrong perceptions etc.

That apart, if you really are a man of power and focus, there's little needed to blurt things out to the world. Silence is a weapon that defends, but never offends or hurts. Each person has a world of their own for which they would like to dedicate a few minutes of their time, everyday. But why don't they do it? It's all part of our genetic system to take the easy way out. Never think about whom you are, what you did today, why you are facing the challenges. Remember, every other person can tell you all that you need to know about anything, the way to achieve it well. But do we ever stop to really ponder about what he or she gave you the help you needed? I think not. Everything must be done after thinking about it.

Then again, who am I to give such advice? I just do things the way I see fit. So can you? Or, will you?

The Energy Pot

Well, it's time I wrote something for the folks to read.
I was thinking about the human mind and its amazing abilities. But, where there's a boon always appears a bane. The human mind is so evolved and it has so many emotions too. Acceptance, prejudice, confusion and ego may well be the most commonly encountered range of emotions and feelings that we encounter in daily life.
The mind's greatest drawback is the ego. It's like a wound, always prone to get worse or ready to be opened and fresh as it were in the beginning. In short, the ego is very touchy. How do we overcome it?
It's very simple yet challenging. Herein lies the paradox. Simple to understand, yet difficult to practice. Consider our human mind to be a huge pot brimming with thoughts, both good and bad. How do we separate the good from the bad? Well, the mind must be emptied of all thoughts totally.
Start afresh with an empty pot ready to be filled with good thoughts. If something good is done and people appreciate you for it, don't go to cloud 9. Instead, just relax, take the compliment and put it in your energy pot. Oh! Guess I totally forgot, why I call it, 'The Energy Pot'. Well, folks, we derive our strength from the mind, whether to create or annihilate. This pot, which is a mixture of all thoughts forms a concoction which can be used as a drug to mask your weaknesses temporarily or as an energy drink to give you strength to face life's challenges. Thus, the name.
Coming back to the emptying of thoughts, I suggested that because it definitely helps a person to start afresh. Soon after this, comes the filling up of the pot, which must be done very precariously, else the objective of the whole idea is lost. Every compliment must be another thing in your pot. Never throw away any bad remarks or things which might have bogged you down.
Let them be at the corner of the mind, reminding you about the flaws which might have hurt you or caused your downfall. Once the pot is full,(which never happens to be frank as there is always room for more) keep it close to your reach. Every time you attempt something new, derive energy from the good thoughts inside the pot. You shall always be successful, as the mind would be full of positive energy flowing through it. Strife teaches everybody a valuable only if we are able to see it's true purpose.
Another small lesson, which life has taught me has been passed on to whoever reads this.
Trust me, it works!!!

a new world

Flurry of darkness always sends shiver up one's spine.
Clearly, darkness is forbidding and generally avoided. I just thought of posting my thoughts and what better way to do it than write a blog.
I hope my posts trigger a lot of contradictory thinking process, which I really am looking forward to. Cheers!!!
